Job Description:
1．担负、配合关务专员做好报关周期内的单据、和数据汇总、整理和装订、以及数据信息查询和核对等工作；
2．执行关务部门日常的行政管理基本事务：日常考勤等相关的行政管理工作。
1. 单据汇总、整理和核对、查询等工作 ( 70%)
- 负责国内物资送货单的制作、报关数据的汇总、核对，并负责供应商报关资料管理。
- 负责区内调拨数据的分类及汇总，并打印发票模板。
- 快速准确的将相关报关后的单据汇总、整理并装订成册。
- 协助报关员做好海关核销工作。
- 与区内客户和供应商协调报关事宜。
- 负责和内部部门协调操作报关事宜。
- 贯彻执行上级分配的工作任务。
2. 日常行政管理工作 ( 30%)
- 考勤管理
- 工作现场5S维护。
- 其他相关的日常行政管理工作
Job Requirements:
- 大学本科应届毕业生，行政管理、文秘等文科专业
- 熟练掌握OFFICE办公软件的操作，Excel精通
- 性格严谨、细心
- 良好的人际沟通能力
- 学习能力强
- 具备基本的英文读写能力
- 有报关员证书，或相关实习经验者优先考虑
