Position: PM Assistant Report to: Project ManagerJob responsibilities

• Preparing documents as required by PM, such as handling BOLs (Bill of Loading), packing lists, commercial invoices, LCs (Letter of Credit)
• Assisting in gathering marketing materials, taking photos, doing background checks
• Assisting in collecting information (customer references, financial info, factory capacity, customer list, machine list etc)
• Assisting in coordination when needed
• Attending related trainings and completing training and job reports
• Assisting in coordinating shipping, preparing and sending documents, preparing payments for shipping
• Assisting in sourcing new suppliers and factories
• Contacting couriers
• Other tasks assigned by PM

工作职责：

• 为项目经理准备所需要的文件，如提货单，出货单，发票和信用证等
• 协助收集市场销售材料，如拍照，和背景考核等
• 协助整理信息，如客户推荐信，财务信息，工厂生产能力，客户明细单，和机器明细单等
• 在需要时帮助协调沟通
• 参加相关培训及完成培训和工作报告
• 协助船运，准备及发送资料，和为船运准备付款
• 协助新供应商和工厂采购
• 联系快递
• 完成其他项目经理所布置的任务

Requirements:

• Interns/fresh graduates
• Strong interests in international trade and project management
• Eager to learn, detail orientated
• Appreciate multicultural working environment
• Good English skill
• Good computer skill
• Ability to work proactively with minimal supervise
• Problem solving skills
