Key Words / 概述:	Conduct and escort R&D Projects for new knife lines and process improvements
Position Responsibilities / 职位描述:	1. Support and report to the Manager R&D Center Knives 2. Coordination and controlling of small R&D Projects 3. Cooperation with related departments (Production, Quality, Maintenance) 4. Prepare, conduct and record tests and the included results 5. Creation and modification of 2D and 3D drawings for finished and semi-finished knives, tools and fixtures 6. Creation and modification of general and product-specific work- and quality instructions 7. Operation of a 3D coordinate measuring equipment 8. Manufacturing of sample parts in all steps of the knife production process including suppliers 9. Assist the company’s additional R&D departments if required

Target of Working Achievement / 工作绩效标准:	1. Successfully escort introduction/implementation of knife projects 2 Successfully escort process improvements

Working Relationship / 工作岗位关系:	1. Internal relationship a. Report to: Manager R&D Center Knives b. Cooperate with: Production, Quality, Maintenance, additional company’s R&D Departments 2. External relationship Cooperate with: Equipment & Material suppliers.

Working Time / 岗位工作时间:	Normal working hours (40 hours / week); Occasional overtime is required 正常工作时间（40小时/周）；偶尔需要加班


Qualification and Requirements 任职要求:	1. Education Degree / 学历 University degree, Bachelor with technical specialization (mechanical engineering) 2. Specialized Knowledge / 专业知识 a. AutoCAD b. SolidWorks c. MS Office 3. Professional Ability / 业务了解范围 a. Ability to work in a team b. Ability to understand and describe technical processes and relations c. Readiness to take over responsibility d. Readiness to further education 4. Working Experience / 工作经验 a. Experience in creating 3D and 2D drawings b. Experience in team work c. Experience in small projects d. Newly graduate preferred 5. Further Requirements / 特殊技能及性格 Some experience in mechanical and/or automation engineering and process engineering and project management. Comes across as convincing and shows enthusiasm. Good assertiveness towards superior, colleagues, suppliers and customers. Good time management and priority setting. Is capable to handle conflicts and can communicate. Can handle and provide constructive criticism. Capable of complex thinking. Shows social competences. Shows positive basic attitude
