职位描述：1、协助部门管理实验室和仪器设备，职责包括：邮寄（托运）仪器；仪器借出、回收登记；每月更新部门电脑清单及设备维修记录等。2、协助记录部门员工休假情况；协调安排会议。3、协助部门处理与FESCO相关事务；负责处理业务邀请函、签证等事务；处理员工的医疗保险费用报销事务。4、协助整理技术文件；协助更新网站。5、记录所有支出花费，每周提交费用报销表。6、协助部门招聘新员工，负责新员工的培训安排。7、协助管理实习生，检查实习生的工作情况，记录实习生的考勤并在月底前将考勤记录表交到公司会计部门。8、完成部门经理交给的其他工作。
职位要求：1、大专以上学历。2、可以不做全职，但要求每天能来上班（半天或几小时）。3、有商业文件翻译经验及网页编辑能力。4、良好的英语口头及书写能力。5、优秀的计算机操作能力。6、责任心强，工作积极主动，能高效完成交给的任务。
SPECIFIC DUTIES:1. Assist team to manage lab and equipments, including instruments shipping and lending record, monthly pc inventory update, equipment repair etc.2. Assist team on vacation tracking and meeting organization.3. Assist team to solve FESCO related affairs, deal with the business invite letter, hand the means of visa, hand team employee’s medical insurance expense form.4. Assist technical document clear up and website update. 5. Record all expenditure and submit the expense list every week.6. Assist team with new employee recruiting, new employee training.7. Assist team deal with intern’s management, check on work attendance of intern, hand register of intern’s attendance to accountant end of the month.8. Finish other jobs assigned by the manager.
Requirements:1. College degree or above.2. Not necessarily full time, but can come to work everyday.3. Experienced in business documentation translation and web page editing.4. Good English both in oral and written.5. Excellent PC skills.6. Strong sense of responsibility, motivation and efficiency.
