要求：1.美术设计相关专业，具有较强的美学素质、色彩审美观及良好的创意设计表达能力；2.熟练使用Photoshop、Flash、Illustrator、Coreldraw等常用设计制作工具，熟悉Actionscript和音效编辑；3.熟悉Flash动画设计制作，能配合其他创意人员完成动画设计创意和美术工作；4.热爱艺术设计，强烈的工作责任心，能承受较大的工作压力；5.一周能实习4～5天。
