Position：Recruiter（接受实习）

Job Responsibilities:
· Follow and implement recruiting plans, maintain recruiting channels, coordinate with recruiting vendors.
· Draft/post job descriptions.
· Source candidates through cold calls; search on the internet as well as in the existing applicant tracking system.
· Arrange and conduct interviews
· Review resumes to ensure all required skills are identified，maintain accurate records.
· Implement in all aspects of the hiring process.
· Other assigned tasks
· Recruitment analysis report

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor degree or above.
· Recruitment experience in the IT/Software market preferred.
· Good team player.
· Proactive, result-driven and customer-oriented
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· basic written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese.

职位要求：
· 本科以上学历，人事及相关专业
· 有相关领域招聘工作经验优先
· 良好的沟通技巧及人际交往能力
· 基本中英文读写能力
