Key Job Accountabilities (Actual daily deliverables):

1. Establish set of programs to achieve operation excellence on yields, quality and productivity goals.
2. Sustain and improve daily line yield and quality.
3. Establish process operating specifications/procedures, engineering change notice, etc.
4. Establish assembly BOM and assembly instructions if require.
5. Establish a safe place to work concept and assume responsibility for safety requirement in work place.
6. Support new package development or transfer through establishing processes, equipment / material.
7. Qualify new material and equipment to meet process requirement.
8. Develop and implement continuous improvement programs in quality yield and other operation issues.
9. Recommend, evaluate and procure new equipment/material as part of cost reduction programs enhancing company's competitiveness through higher output and lower cost.
10. Dispose of problematic direct/indirect material in the line daily.
11. Provide necessary corrective action planed for customer-generated CARs.
12. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
13. Recommend and prepare changes, additions and modifications to facilitate continuous manufacturing improvement.
14. Escalates any non-conformant problems or issues to management.

Required Experience and Qualifications:
1.3 year or more working experience in DP is preferred such as nitto DR3000/TSK PG300RM/Takatori ATM12000/Disco DFD6361/ Disco DFL7160.
2.University degree in electricity, mechanics, chemistry, physics or electronics
