Key duties and task:1.配合用人部门安排人员招聘事宜，面试组织工作；作好公司人事资料建档与归档工作。Arranging recruitment process including advertisement order and setup personal files for staff 2.负责处理用工年检与相关人事资料的数据统计。Be in charge of Annual Inspection ruled by Shanghai Labor and Social Security Bureau and other relevant Statistics. 3.负责员工人身与意外伤害保险购买，并整理相关的保险资料。Arranging Staff Life & Disability Insurance according to company’s policy, and collecting all record about insurance;4.协助制订公司培训管理制度，并负责跟踪执行公司年度培训计划。领取各部门的培训证书。Assist to compile company training policy and follow up the implementation of training plan.Draw certificates for each department5.负责外籍员工就业证和居留许可的申请和延期，负责中国员工签证的申请。Apply for and extend work permit and residence permit for expatriate. Aplly for visa for Chinese employees.6.安排公司员工每年的体检和流感疫苗的注射工作。Organize yearly medical check and flu injection for all staff.7.负责考勤的核对工作。Check the work attendance record.8.完成领导交办的其他各项任务。Accomplish other tasks assigned by management. Qualification an experience required for the job:工作所需资格和经验 1. 本科以上学历，人力资源管理专业优先；With colleague education background, preferably major in business admin;
2. 应届或一年以上相关工作经验
3. 良好的人际关系处理能力, 有团队精神，主动进取，能在压力下工作Good communication & interpersonal skills, team building, self-motivate, can work under pressure;

(SCIP-SSWS), a Sino-HK JV with a total 550 M Rmb investment from three shareholders: SCIP DC, HK Swire Sita Waste Services Limited (a subsidiary of SUEZ Group, France and Swire Group, HK) and New World Group (HK) is to build up a European-standard hazardous waste incinerator in Shanghai Chemical Industry Park, Cao Jing, Shanghai to provide incineration services for industrialists inside and outside SCIP.
