ASSIGNMENT (main responsibilities):
-Good host to answer the internal and external phone call
-As a front desk to server all co-coworkers and guests
-Assistant to incoming and outgoing mail
-Meeting rooming booking assistance and facility checking
-Office appliance purchasing and managing
-Coordinate with office administration works
-Support daily operations when needed

COMPETENCE
Knowledge/Experience:
-Good understanding of general network communication technologies
-Experience of working in reception role
-Fluent in English, speaking as well as writing
-Good communication skills and coordination capability
