Job Description:1. Draft and handle paperwork & documentation2. Assist in sourcing, procurement, inventory control of liaison with vendors of corporate items /gifts;3. Ad-hoc task based upon managers request.4. Daily press clippings monitoring/reporting5. Assist in compiling event report and monthly report6. Research and proposal drafting7. Proofreading and simple write-up8. Onsite support for corporate/media events
Job Requirement:1. Education background: junior student ,major in journalism , public relation ,financial & economics is preferred;2. Proficient in both oral and written English;3. Good communication and interpersonal skills ,and can work under great pressure;4. A minimum of 3 days' working time must to be guaranteed to ensure the exertion of job responsibilities
