Responsibilities:

-Identity and deliver required hardware service levels according to company policies

-Liaise with, and provide training and support to, end users and staff on equipment operation and other issues

-Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot end user and network hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices-

Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex hardware problem for a variety of end users-Develop and maintain an inventory of all hardware equipments

-Liaise with third-party support and equipment vendors

Requirements:

-Bachelor degree with major in science & information technology

-Excellent English in reading, speaking and writing

-Experience with multiple operating system (Windows XP, Windows 2003, Linux)

-Candidates should have at least 1 years of experience in hardware and networking maintenance
