Job Title: Usability Researcher(可用性研究员)
Work Location: Beijing

Requirement:
--Technical competency required(技术要求):
· Master degree in HCI, Usability Engineering, Cognitive Psychology, Engineering Psychology, or related field
· Knowledge in conducting usability tests
· Knowledge and skills in analysis quantitative and qualitative data
· Knowledge about UI design principles is a plus
--Other competency required(其他要求):
· Being acute to details
· Strong analytical and reasoning capability
· Open-minded and willing to learn
· Good at communicating
· Passionate about user experience and having strong interests and commitment in developing in the user experience field
· Fluent English for both written and oral communication
