Position: Mainframe  
 
Job description
1. A member of a team comprised of staff in a 24x7 multi-tasking operations environment. Efficiently monitor the delivery of services reliant on batch streams and system status by providing first level technical support & setting priorities on service delivery for a broad client around the world.
 
2. Duties and Responsibilities:  
- Ensure effective batch through put to prevent any adverse impacts to service levels  
- Ensure corrective action taken to provide service availability & functionality.  
- Support the practices & procedures of the technical & client accreditation framework  
- Perform Mainframe System Operations functions on zOS systems.  
- Monitor Event Management Consoles. (Solve Operations)  
- Implement Change requests as required.  
- Liaise with relevant Support Teams  
 
Requirement:
 
1. Bachelor or master, English major with interests in IT areas is welcome
2. Candidates with 1-2 years' working experience have priority.
3.  English: CET-4 or above; Good at English speaking, listening & writing
4. Working in shifts is required
5. Smart-working, quick learner, detail-oriented, responsible and diligent.
