The Shanghai PHP Innovation Lab brings together all this expertise in a methodological fashion with staff and interns working in teams to explore the latest breakthroughs and developments. We are seeking an IT Support Intern to join our growing IT team. Reporting directly to the IT Manager you will be involved in our existing e-Retailing website management and a number of new projects.

工作内容：
1、维护公司电脑及局域网，保障各部通畅使用电脑.设计公司的网络规划，执行网络及系统的组建、安装、调试，及时反馈与沟通调整网络规划中问题，确保IT 工具的良好使用；
2、解决网络与系统日常维护工作中发生的各类问题，并整理收集问题解决方案等材料，降低故障率；
3、负责公司电子设备、设施采购的配置标准确认与匹配工作，并负责公司线路搭建及电话的安装、维 修、更新等工作；
4、负责公司设备及电脑的安装、维护及送修等日常工作；
5、进行小型机、服务器、路由器等设备管理，以及网络平台的运行 监控和维护；
6、负责病毒的查杀，维护网络系统安全；
7、处理网络及计算机故障；
8、完成上级交办的其他工作事项。

职位要求：
1）欢迎应届毕业生；
2）计算机相关专业，一年以上网络系统的管理和维护经验；
3）精通计算机软件、硬件维护，网络系统的日常管理、维护；
4）精通WINDOWS XP / 2003 操作系统，有Linux系统管理能力者优先考虑;
5）较好的英语阅读能力以及基本的英语口语能力
6）良好的沟通、协调能力，有强烈的责任感和事业 心，工作认真、细致，富有团队精神并能做好网络管理的服务工作。
