北京市瑞中律师事务所因业务发展需要，特招聘如下人员：

1、出纳兼英文翻译1人（女性）。

大学本科以上学历；

具有基本的会计或出纳实践经验（有会计证者优先）；

年龄30岁以下；

人品可靠、为人厚道、忠于职守；

英语口语、笔译熟练；

会计专业或法律专业优先（具有北京户口且有司法考试资格者可以同时办理实习律师证）；

2、暑期招聘法律实习生

实习生实习期间一般不支付报酬，本所只承担中午午餐费用。但依据权利义务相一致的原则，对有一定工作能力且能承担相应工作的，按劳取酬。符合以下条件之一的人员优先考虑：

1）熟悉中国外交政策，对国际法律事务有所研究，尤其是对德国、法国等欧洲、欧盟相关国家与地区的；

2）熟练掌握一门外语（英语、德语、法语优先）；

3）能将法律与外语相结合者；

4）学习、研究德国知识产权法律者尤佳；

5）有会计、出纳经验者优先；

6）有司法考试资格者优先。

Description:

1. Practicing and learning to deal with legal affairs under the direction of lawyers of P.R.C..

2. Help the director lawyer to prepare legal documents ( if it is needed )

3. Search for legal information from internet or papers or magazines for the law firm

4. During the training period, this position is unpaid.

Requirement (Candidate who is accord with 2 or more following conditions will be acceptable):

1. Passed National Judicial Examination of P.R.C..

2. Use English, Germany, French or any language of Europe countries as his or her native language and be able to communicate in Chinese.

3. Be familiar with policies of international affairs of PRC or legal affairs of his or her country.

4. Be familiar with Intellectual Property Law of Germany will be precedence.

5. Having experience as accountant or cashier in P.R.C..
