Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with hiring managers on recruitment plan to clarify must have & nice to have requirements
Select appropriate sourcing channels to get right candidates
Assess candidates with all kinds of methods including behavioral event interview, STAR and assessment tools if necessary
Closely follow up with hiring managers on interview feedback & hiring decision made to ensure the recruitment process is efficient & quickly responsive
Be responsible for offer proposal & offer approval
Closely follow up with candidate on offer delivery, reference check and medical check
Closely follow up pre-on boarding process to ensure candidate's 1st day effective integration
Ensure all employment policies, process are implemented align with China Guideline, providing assistance & suggestion to improve Employment Process
Assistant recruitment projects, such as intern & campus recruitment program
Requirements:
>2 years working experiences in recruiting
Bachelor degree with majored in human resources or agriculture related
Good command of English both in oral and written
Proactive & customer focus attitude
Highly responsible & Result driven
