Job Description
The intern will work for Ericsson R&D Multimedia Shanghai. The tasks include:

a)Prototype and product development

b)Building the test and demo Environment

c)Software configuration and build environment

The intern student will work in the office for at least 32 hours per week.

The duration could be from 3 months to 12 months.

The Criteria
a)First of all, curiosity and eagerness to know the new technologies is mandatory.

b)Initiative to undertake the study and dare to try

c)The graduate and undergraduate students in Computer Science or Telecom are preferred.

d)Coding skill and experiences in Java and C++, J2EE experience is preferred.

e)Working experiences in Multi-media related projects or products. Knowledge on Streaming Technology such as RTSP and RTP protocol are preferred.

f)Knowledge on XML and related programming.

g)Knowledge on network programming, e.g. TCP , HTTP

h)Knowledge on CORBA, SOAP,  Web Services, etc

i)Knowledge on OOAD and UML

j)Knowledge on RIA streaming media application development, experience of Flash/Flex application development is preferred.
