Descriptions:
The position holder reports directly to Recruitment manager, Ericsson China. The main interfaces are:
Main responsibilities:
prepare job posting internally and externally
Follow up with recruitment process, coordinate the interview arrangement with hiring manager and HR Business Partiner (BP)
Perform the candidates CVs screening, deliver the first round interviews
Communicate effectively with hiring manager, HR Business Partners, ad other stakeholders, to inform candidates
Communicate effectively with external recruitment vendors, keep track on vendors performance
Participate in recruitment related project as an assistant.
Ejobs system maintainance,job publish and edit
Collect and screen CVs
Interview arrangement
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above from top university, majored in Human Resources and Organizational Management or English is preferred;
Good analytical, consultative and interpersonal skills;
Open-minded, smart, fast learning;
Is service-minded, accountable, passionate and self motivated;
Can work under high pressure
Good command of English and Chinese.
Excellent communication skills
待遇:时薪:15元/小时 每天工作8小时, 加班1.5倍工资,周末2倍工资
实习地点为:朝阳 利泽东街5号 爱立信大厦
每天上下班有班车接送 在人大东门、地铁芍药居站、国贸均有站
