Who We Are?
    OMI Associates is a Hong Kong based privately held Marketing Research, Executive Search and Recruitment Service Company founded in 1997.
    We experienced in executive search and recruitment service for over 10 years. For our Shanghai branch, we keep our aim, strive to be the creative consultative firm which having new value of synthetically talent resource.

What will it be like if I join?
    You will be part of a team of Researchers to work on a variety of recruiting engagements for both our local clientele as well as corporate clients around the country.

Tasks:
- Industries Research- Become familiar with industries and companies.
- Companies Research - Create target companies lists. Research and organize companies from lists. Create executive summaries to outline overall company.
- Candidates Research - Conduct search and pre-screening to identify potential candidates for searches.
- Inside Sales - Calling candidates and researching/assessing their professional skills.
- Project Management - Assist consultants in candidate's interview and follow-up.
- Database entry and update - waitlisted on update candidate and company information.
- Successful candidates will be offered long-term development programs and career development plans, which allow them to grow into more senior positions.

Requirements:
- Technical - Aptitude for research, sales support, and computers. Be familiar with database applications. - Basic MS Word and Excel skills.
- Functional - Understands a sales/marketing environment. Experience in multinational companies in sales, marketing, HR, internal consultant role; Recruiting or executive search a plus.
- TEAM Player - Can work with different consultants on various engagements.
- Telephone Skills - Professional and confident telephone manner
- Interpersonal skills - Passionate and cheerful with an analytical and inquisitive mind.
- Education - fresh graduate or undergraduates, with demonstrable good English skills.
