广州西门子变压器有限公司成立于1997年，是德国西门子与广州机电集团（控股）有限公司的合资企业。公司拥有年产15,000MVA变压器的车间，可以生产400MVA及以下的单相变压器或容量达400MVA的三相变压器。2005年成功生产了电压为500kV的三相370MVA发电机升压变压器和单相3x250MVA自耦变压器。

Siemens Transformer Guangzhou Co., Ltd. was set up in 1997. It's a joint venture of Siemens and Guangzhou M & E Group （Holding）Co.,Ltd.The plant is able to produce 15,000MVA per year for products with an unit rating of 400MVA and below，for both single phase and three phase transformers.In2005,the company successfully produced 500KV transformers of 370MVA GSU and 3x250MVA single phase auto units.
