工作职责：
1．负责公司总机电话转接，留言及转告
2．来访客人接待，通报工作。
3．公司邮件，传真，快递等日常文件的收发并做好登记工作。
4．每月公司寄出快递记录，统计，月底与快递公司核对。
5．办公文具及日用品的采购，申领，发放，记录，月底与部门经理核对。
6．每月员工餐费的结算。
7．联系名片制作公司，为员工制作名片，名片存档。
8．及时更新和管理员工通讯地址和电话号码等联系方式。
9．联系应聘人员来公司面试，发面试邀请。
10.协助人事经理组织公司活动，做好日常人事事务协助工作。
11.员工入职离职手续办理材料的收集，记录更新。
12.公司要求的其他事务.
职位要求
1. 26岁以下，大专以上学历(行政、秘书等相关专业为佳)；
2. 普通话标准，有亲和力，良好的语言表达能力,形象气质佳；
3. 熟练使用办公软件、办公自动化设备；
4. 工作热情，积极主动，细致认真，踏实耐心；5. 性格开朗、乐观，责任心强，有团队精神，保密意识强；
6. 基本的英语对话能力.
