主要任务:
l.制作新款工序分科表，并根据工序分科进行工序动作拆分，分析标准工时；
2.建立车缝常见工序及部件的SOP，并同时建立标准工时数据库；
3.现场测时，协助生产及技术对员工进行考核评估；
4.协助生产进行生产平衡，现场改善；
5.组织产前会议；
6.参与各种相关IE培训；
7.完成由直属上司指派的其它任务。
能力要求:
l.具有服装结构的知识；
2.具有生产流程处理经验；
3.具有车缝机器设备，机器附加设备，工作场所及附助设备知识；
4.人际关系处理能力；
5.计算机运用能力（MS Office）；
6.英语熟练者优先；

7.可移动武汉的优秀应届毕业生亦可。
