    本科学历，电子信息，机械自动化，车辆工程专业,沟通能力好。
   
   
    Major Responsibilities:
    1) Set up and maintain customer contacts together with sales team and program managers;
    2) Capture customer technical requirement;
    3) Prepare engineering proposals, including but not limited to timing, cost, technical details…
    4) Maintain and track engineering progress with the tools like reviews, project schedule, risk management, change management, sample delivery, hour booking;
    5) Provide technical services to customer. like: feasibility study, assembly assistants,production lunch,trouble shooting;
    6) Ensure the successful project engineering activities according to internal & customer procedures;
   
    Key Competencies:
    Critical skills, abilities and characteristics necessary to perform job responsibilities.
   
    · Wide horizon regarding HW, SW, MD, System, automotive processes;
    · Good command of English, other language like German or Japanese is a plus;
    · Good at communication, able to influence/convince;
