Position：Receptionist
Work Place：Shanghai
Minimum educational background: College

Responsibility:

1.Operating the Company Switchboard, dealing with a high volume of incoming calls and maintaining a rapid response rate according to agreed standards
2. Meeting and greeting visitors, dealing with queries and providing directions
3.Access control awareness in and out of the building.
4.Controlling the issuing of visitors passes.
5.Understanding and operating transport booking system.
6.Booking taxis, bikes and couriers.
7.Controlling envelope/small packages deliveries from couriers and outgoing deliveries.
8. Providing support with meeting room booking system.
9.Maintaining adequate records and files.
10.Providing administrative support, when required
11.Allocating work to Facilities Helpdesk

Requests：
1.Good oral English is a plus
2.Experience with building access control systems is perfected.
3.Excellent Telephone skills
4.Strong Organisational and Communication skills56.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
5.Live in Shanghai
