Create and follow up the sales orders in SAP according to the agreed customer service level with the commercial guidelines and supply conditions
Check shipping document and arrange bank negotiation
Help to maintain/create customer master data in SAP for proper ordering process
Provide general support to the commercial process (Customer Service), for example in document uploading and filing
Qualification:
Good team player
Fluent in English both in oral and written
Work diligent and good stress tolerance
With some Customer Service operation experience will be a good plus
Fresh graduate is welcome
