录用后，第一年在生产一线实习一年，主要操作HP, Thermal,6100, 2100 印刷机，第二年将根据表现，转为工艺工程师，主要从事品质，精益生产，问题分析解决，设备维护。
要求：1、应届本科毕业生，机械制造工艺与设备专业；2、英语四级；3、熟悉绘图软件。

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Operate the HP and Thermal machines.

· Part time for some works on IE, factory layout, productivity improvement.

· Part time for some works on PE, such as work instruction, trouble shooting, preventing recurrence, designing fixture.

· Part time to support QA working.

· Special projects as requested.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Demonstrated leadership capability, ability to work in a team environment.

· Good problem solving, decision-making, time-management and organizational skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Good in English write and oral skills.

· Knowledge of computer software and equipment.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

·Major in mechanical and with bachelor degree.

· One year of experience
