本人是TNT公司华东区HR部门实习生，因业务发展，TNT客户服务部门现在需要实习生3-4名，实习时间3个月以上。故在此把这个机会告诉大家。TNT总部位于荷兰，是国际四大物流公司之一，06年世界500强中排名300+位（不过前几年因卖出部分业务而退出了500强），但是相信这份实习经历会给大家简历增色不少！

| Inbound transactions To differentiate TNT's service offering by providing customers with friendly and professional multi-channel communication during every inbound transaction and enquiry and to provide the customers with accurate information based in their needs. Revenue retention To identify and act on selling opportunities to retain revenue, whilst providing suitable solutions to customers' requirements. Outbound transactions To deal with booking exceptions and/or with cross-location booking calls/e-mails in a productive and high quality manner. Administration To ensure transactional information and system entries are completed in an accurate, complete and timely manner |
| College above with CET 4 English level.
