财务实习生

1. Banking related matters including going to bank, collect bank slip, etc.

银行相关事宜，包括去银行付款，以及拿回单等

2. Checking original invoices (Fapiao), related supportings & Approval for all kinds of payment

审核其他部门提交的付款申请单及相关附件

3. Ensure timely and accurate booking of supplier invoices and payments.

确保及时准确地将付款申请单入帐及支付

4. Update Supplier dues to management for payment release.

更新供应商应付余额以及帐期以供管理层决定付款

5. Issue T/Ts& Checks for vendor payments which approved by per authorization timely.

对已经批准的供应商付款请求及时出具电汇和支票

6. Preparing vouchers in different systems

在系统里录入相关凭证

7. Check staff expense reports and payment requests to suppliers in accordance with the company policies and govement regulations

根据公司内部报销政策，审核员工报销以及附件

8. Month closing backup

月度结账辅助工资

9. Adhoc assignments given by supervisor
