The position of Engineering Support Center (ESC) carries the following responsibilities;
? Fully understand and master TA, FDI, TAR, Pneumatex and Heimeier products on technical applications and other aspects
? Technical support to all sales and distributors, including
o Meeting with owners, designers and contractors on detail technical and design aspects
o Suggest and work out optimized competitive technical proposals by TA Select 3 and IMIHes
o Project bidding support
o Produce design drawings by IMIHes
o Prepare product list according to drawings
? Technical trainings to BDE, key accounts and distributors
? Project commissioning training, instruction and inspection
? Working with marketing and sales team on medium and big size seminars, new product introduction and new product development

? Involvement in the setting of area tactics
? Monitoring and reporting of competitor activity on technical and applications
? Liaison with distributors to ensure adequate relationships and control
? Recommendation to appoint new distributors to area manager
? KPIs:
o winning rate by optimizing technical proposals
o Number of designed proposals
o Number of commissioning reports
o Number of educated people by seminars done by ESC
o Number of trainings to sales
o Number of trainings to distributors
o Value charged on commissioning
o Expense
o Knowledge training hours
