1、城市规划、建筑设计或相近专业本科及以上学历；
2、优秀的方案设计能力、较强的文案撰写能力；
3、熟悉国家建筑、园林、城市规划专业设计规范；
4、熟练使用Autocad、Photoshop、SketchUp等专业绘图软件及常用办公软件。
任职资格：
1、本科相关工作经验两年以上；
2、熟悉CAD、犀牛、SU等相关建筑设计软件；
3、建筑设计、城市规划专业优秀应届毕业生可考虑。
