Key Responsibilities:
l Handle potential client’s enquiries with regards trading account, trading platform and service through live chat and email in a professional manner
l Provide exceptional support to existing client base including market commentary, trading education and audit
l Fixed monthly basic salary quarterly performance-based bonus when probationary period completed

为客人提供即时外汇市场新闻, 分析和交易讲解
解答客人对账户, 交易平台和服务的一般查询
基本月薪 季度表现奖金:(奖金视表现而定. 通过试用期后,需服务达标即可享受.)
Ideal Candidate Should Be:
l Aggressive and result oriented with excellent customer service skill
l Degree holder with major in Economics / Finance / Business Administration preferred
l At least 1 year related professional client support experience. Experience gained from financial industry is an advantage
l Good in spoken and written English is a must, English test result in at least of Level 6
l Proficiency on PC and word-processing (both English and Chinese), at least 40 wpm in Chinese
l Fresh graduate will be considered, formal on the job training will be provided
l Must be able to work rotating shifts. (Day shift 8AM – 5PM / Night shift 3PM – 12AM)

能熟练操作Word, Excel, Power Point等办公软件
打字速度能达每分钟40字彧以上
应届毕业生亦会考虑
需要轮班工作,(早班8 AM – 5 PM / 晚班3 PM – 12 AM)
