Administration Assistant
 
Responsibilities:
1.Handle for administration and maintenance of SZ office.  
2.Keep good operation environment for all staffs.  
3.Provide assistants to Japanese visitors and SRH staffs for enhancing     efficiency of their work;  
4.Manage hotel/car arrangement for visitors.
5.Provide Assistant to promotion activities like exhibitions, seminars, and advertisement;
6.Generate reports and statistics for meeting company's goal;
 
Requirements:
1.University graduates, preferable in Language (English (Level 6) or Japanese
2.Fluent in spoken and written English. Japanese speaking (level 3) is much appreciated.
3.1 years or above working experiences;
4.Good techniques in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
5.Pleasant personality
6.Good organizing skill, communication skill, and negotiation skill
