Bellboy行李员
Job Description
-Responsible for welcoming of gests and escorting them to their rooms where necessary, in a professional friendly and genuine manner.
-Responsible for the timely and careful delivery and collection of guest luggage and belongings to and from guest rooms, cars and Reception.
-To ensure guest luggage and belongings are stored in a secure, methodical way at all times.
-To ensure that you as the Bell Boy at the hotel have a comprehensive knowledge of town, and what is happening within the city at all times, and to ensure that all guest enquiries are met with prompt, informative yet friendly solution.
-To maintain and be aware of the importance of guest recognition.

－负责时刻关注客人的行李和物品从客房、车辆和前台送达和收取
－确保客人的行李和物品寄存安全并有序
－确保时刻掌握城市信息和活动，友好并及时为客人最新最全的信息
－充分了解时刻关注客人的重要性
Qualification
1.具有国际品牌四五星级酒店相关职位经验
2.身高175cm以上，英语口语良好
3.拥有酒店管理专业大专以上应届生亦可
4.个性开朗热情，愿意从事酒店服务行业
