Order Management Assistant-Intern （EBU）
Location: Beijing Gateway （三元桥）

POSITION PURPOSE:
    To assist EBU order management team to provide the best service to customers and sufficient support to sales/marketing team.
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Order Management(Import & JV engines) Function (70%) : 
o    New orders/adjustment/cancellation timely & correctly process
o    Support LOC/Contract/CTF forms process to improve availability in line with ship plan
o    Orderboard timely updating & maintenance.
o    Correct & completed filing when orders finish
o    Periodical teleconference with Cummins plants to review orders' status and delivery/shipment follow up 
•    Customer Service & Marketing/Sales Support Function (30%) : 
o    Convey customers' enquiry to ITS/plants in regards to any shipment/doc issues 
o    Support the marketing/sales team to frequent communicate with customers to know their needs & expectations
o    Help customers to understand company's policy and well-prepared on some issues in advance
o    To act as an effective communication channel between customers, plants etc.
QUALIFICATION:
•    Master degree, major in International Trade.
•    Duration: 6 months, at least 4 days a week
•    Good command of English in writing and speaking 
•    Communication and coordination skills
•    Self-motivator and good team player
•    Computer literacy 
•    Tenacity/Resilience
