Job Title

Administrative Assistant

Primary Responsibilities

1. Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
2. Meet and greet clients and visitors.
3. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
4. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
5. Maintain contacts database.
6. Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages.
7. Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies.
8. Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards and office keys.
9. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
10. Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
11. Take care the logistic issue of stuff’s business trip.
12. Support staff in assigned project based work.
13. Other duties as assigned.

Skill Requirements

·         Basic reading, writing and bachelor diploma from good university.

·         Great working ethic

·         Fluent with English speaking and writing

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Trading Strategy Assistant Analyst

Position Description

The quantitative trading group in Citic Securities AM develops models and trading systems related to systematically trading multiple asset classes and multiple countries. We have put in tremendous effort in setting up a working environment that allows us to trade in both Chinese market and International Market. With the expansion of business ambition and trading models, we need a dedicated individual who can contribute to IT efforts in building trading infrastructure as well as handling day to day operation.

 

This intern position within quantitative trading group in Citic Securities AM requires the following qualifications.

 

1. Strong programming skill in C /Matlab/Oracle SQL Database
2. Hands-on experience in building a window based or Linux based system.
3. Solid understanding of database, experience with large scale data processing.
4. Knowledge in artificial intelligence, pattern recognition or machine learning will be a plus.
5. Experience and knowledge in various financial instruments will be a plus.
6. Excellent education background, ideally the second-year/third-year graduate student majoring in   computer science, signal processing and automatic control
