Fastransit Aviation Service (FAS) is an aviation ground Service agent in China, which mainly serves private jet、ambulance flight、diplomatic flight and charter flight with professional and efficient work. With the headquarters located in Beijing, FAS has two liaison offices in Shanghai and Guangzhou. Fastransit successfully covers approximately 50 airports in China which meets the needs of the clients.
Since the beginning of the establishment, FAS is superior in regards to three key points “Professional”, “Standardized”, and “comfortable” as the core of the company. Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) runs through the whole company.
FAS mainly consists of operation center, ground handling center, marketing center, accounting center and customer service center. All the employees are selected from the technical positions of large famous airlines and business jet companies. FAS employees become the most professional elites in business jet agent field after systematic training and assessment. Thus, FAS has no doubt to become the most competitive company in the field.
FAS improves the traditional communication methods of sending email; it develops the functions of self-service quotation, booking and payment system, through which the clients can get the most straight-forward and clear information as they require. FAS adopts payment methods like PAYPAL online or bank transfer. Web self-service does not mean that the clients rely only on the website; our employees from the client’s service center will stand by 24 hours to solve client’s problems. The client’s requirements are our priority, and the client’s suggestions are our motivation. We believe concentration leads to professionalism.
