Responsibilities:

Getting CNC equipment up and running, as well as assembly and testing equipment. 保证CNC，装配机以及试验设备有效地运行
Create, develop, and implement procedures used to machine, assemble, process, and test our full product line, including CNC programming. 创造，改进和完成机床，装配机，工艺，所有生产线地测试以及CNC变成的流程
Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout. Seek for solution in manufacturing issues regarding manufacturability, cost, quality, and safety 分析和使用工作流程，空间要求和机器布局，提高制造效率。解决因制造能力，成本，质量与安全造成的问题
Reach the target OEE and other measurable targets. 达到目标OEE与其他目标
