ISE Management
- Manage the third party to ensure smooth moving for new expatriates from their home country to China
- Manage leasing agent about expatriates house leasing and data update
- Maintain expatriates' private data and profile
- Renew permits for current expatriates
- Provide consultant service to expatriates in the area of logistics
- Work with international school to ensure the on-time payment of tuition for the children of expatriates
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure the payment to expatriates and the third party
HR Admin
-Filing and manage HR related documents, and HR data update
-Maintain HR Intranet
-Maintain employee profile
-Logistical arrangements HR events including monthly Town Hall meeting, New Hires Induction and
other training programmes.
- Intern management
- Support to implement HR policy and procedure
- Work with Office Manager for new hires on-board preparation
- Work with HR agent, and arrange payment
Qualification Requirement:
- 2 years Human Resources experience
- Experience in dealing with immigration for expatriates is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, effective communication with people from different cultures and levels
- Good IT skills, Microsoft Windows packages
- Good team work
- Excellent English language skills- written, spoken and reading.
