我们是一家法律、商务咨询公司，现因业务需要招聘全职实习生加入我们公司。.

能够适应在多种语言和多种文化融合的环境中工作。如果你想知道外国公司是怎样在中国运作的，这个实习机会是一个很好的选择。  

新录用的实习生将通过参与以下工作来提高自己的工作能力:

(i)     与中国和外国同事的团队合作；

(ii)    调查检索以及调查检索材料的整理；

(iii) 与各类服务商的接触和合作；并且

(iv)    公司行政工作的执行。

新录用的实习生应该具备以下要求：

(i)     法学院二年级以上的学生；

(ii)    较强的调查检索能力；

(iii) 熟练操作办公软件；

(iv)    良好的英语口语和英文写作能力；并且

(v)     可以保证从2010年9月15日开始工作  

具备以下条件的申请者优先考虑

(i)     有实习经验；并且/或者

(ii)    有商业或法律背景。

We are a legal and operational consulting firm seeking full-time consultants to join our expanding firm.

We are a consulting firm that provides legal and operational solutions to assist foreign companies achieve commercial objectives in China. We guide a diverse range of clients from Europe, North America, Central America and Africa to success in China. 

Working in a multi-lingual and multi-cultural environment, the position is ideal for anyone seeking experience regarding how foreign businesses operate in China.

Successful candidates will further their professional development by:

(v)     supporting Chinese and English speaking team members;

(vi)    conducting and compiling research;

(vii) communicating and working with external service providers; and

(viii)completing administrative work.

Successful candidates must meet the following criteria:

(vi)    At least in second year of Law School;

(vii) Strong research skills;

(viii)Microsoft proficient;

(ix)    Strong verbal and written English; and

(x)     Available from 15 September 2010

Preferred candidates will have:

(iii) previous intern experience; and/or 

(iv)    a background in business or law.
