KEY SERVICES:
AP process for responsible venders, including DPO and MPO.
Reconciliation between G/L and A/P modules.
Reconcile AP with suppliers on time.
Liaise with suppliers, PC&L, Purchasing, Warehouse and QC for out of line situations.
Reduce Unvouchered AP balance
Report any special issue to Accounting Supervisor and Finance Manager
Ensure IC compliance
QUALIFICATION:
1. Education Background
Bachelor degree or above from university in accounting, economic or related area
2. Skills and knowledge
a. Good skill at English, excel and financial software
b. Self motivate, responsible and willing to work under pressure
3. Working Experience
a. 3 years working experience in Accounting area.
b. Working experience in a JV manufacturing company is preferred.
