Personal Assistant
个人助理
除简单的助理工作,业务将涉及:
1) Establish a database of all former, current, & potential students
建立客户数据库,包括所有合作过的学生和潜在学生客户
--Continually follow up with potential students to close sales
持续与潜在学生客户进行后续沟通
--Contact parents of clients once a month to address any problems/issues
每月与客户的家长沟通,了解他们的问题
2) Design & implement sales/marketing strategy for bootcamp/short-term services
--Work directly with Managing Director on these projects
与执行董事直接合作,为我们的夏令营/短期服务设计并执行营销战略。
3) Coordinate free workshops/presentations to generate new sales leads
--Find schools that allow presentations & build rapport
协助举办免费的workshop/presentation,促进营销发展
与支持我们举办presentation的学校建立良好关系
4) Build a sales team of new hires
建立新的营销团队
5) Manage online Social Media & work with Managing Director to publish regular articles
管理网上社会媒体,协助执行董事在网上发布文章。
Job Requirements:
工作要求:
1. High-level English ability - must be capable of clear communication with foreign managing director
优秀的英语能力,必须能与外籍主管流利沟通
2. 1-3 years of sales experience preferred
1-3年的销售经验优先考虑
3. MUST NOT have previous experience in immigration/education industry in Shenzhen/Guangzhou
不可已经与深圳及广州地区的教育/移民机构进行过合作
4. Hard-working, self-motivated, creative with an aggressive attitude toward sales
肯吃苦,有干劲,有创意,热爱营销。
5. Excellent communication/sales skills in Chinese absolutely required
必须有出众的中文沟通/营销能力
-3-month probationary period
3个月的试用期
-Salary: RMB3000-6000/month
薪酬:试用期人民币3000元/月。此后有加薪(人民币3000-6000)
