主要工作职责
·为公司与指定客户间的窗口，进行信息交流并与之建立紧密的关系。
·制定目标客户的销售预算并达到年度销售预算目标。
·参加销售会议，讨论客户需求、期望，提供解决方案或技术建议。包括关于产品设计，原料选择，测试以及任何其他技术协助方面的建议。
·计算成本及报价，经批准，及时交客户。制定销售合同。
·监督初始订单的完成情况。从新项目的开展，到样品确认，确保客户满意并平稳将其移交给销售协调员。
·处理客户反馈及投诉，及时和相关部门及人员采取合理措施，确保客户需求得到满足。
·在收款事务上，要和财务负责人紧密协作，确保按时收回货款。
·收集有关市场，竞争者，客户以及其他任何可能影响我司生意的信息。
·发展新的客户并注意客户信用度。
·完成上司交代的其他任务。
职位要求
·建筑土建结构工程专业本科学历。
·1年以上销售、客户工作经验，灵活的销售专业人员。应届亦可。
·懂得建筑结构计算，能向客户传达公司的价值观念和技术解决方案。
·极佳的协调、表达和沟通技巧。
·能英语交流，懂Autocad软件绘图。
