What is this program?
The PFW has a long history and the reputation for excellent quality and integrity in business relations in aerospace industry nearly 100 hundred years. Now PFW will root its industry into China. It now has a new factory in the Xi’an Yanliang National Aviation Hi-tech Industrial Base.
The Production and Quality Management Trainee Program is designed to support the new phase of PFW (Xi’an). For every individual en-route to an executive level role, there are, in principle, 4 management career levels that they have to pass through: Apprentice level, Team Leader, Operational Leader and Manager. A transition from one level to the next involves significant changes in job complexity and responsibility. The program is designed to ensure our employee develop the capabilities of management and operation.
The training will be taken in four levels.

Four months training in headquarter in Speyer, Germany. Training and working firstly in administration, then in the shop floor with production and quality engineers. Also the lessons given by project manager.

One year working for the new Phase, to organize your own team and make the plan and develop the products.

One year to operate the new phase, get qualification and release with customer acceptance
?
One year to manage the new phase to get more improvement and more customers.
Every trainee is equipped with the attributes needed to succeed at each level. To this end, performance assessments will be made prior to entering next level. The curriculum ensures that an individual can achieve the development goals at each level. However, these goals can be achieved at a flexible pace to suit changing business needs and an individual’s readiness.

Academic background in engineer with excellent scores. Bachelor degree or above is required.
?
Having management potential, natural leadership abilities and confidence.
?
Willing to work together with western persons.
?
Excellent communication skills are essential, including reading, writing, listening and speaking (German is plus).

Willing to learn is a must and develop to a high standard and would like
to work from the bottom, and change in the different environment.
?
Exchange student experience is beneficial.
