? Managing the development of several projects including design (Photoshop,Flash...) and website localization projects.
? Responsible for the Quality Control and ensuring that the projects are delivered on time.
? Maintain best practices standards, guidelines, policies and procedures to continually optimize efficiency & work quality.
? Manage, Plan and Coach Team members' daily work to consistently improve and promote best practice.
? Report to the Product Manager on the progress of all projects.
Requirements
? Academic degree in Design or related fields will be highly regarded.
? Fluent in English and Chinese (French is a plus).
? Excellent Management skills are necessary.
? Photoshop and Flash animation skills are a plus.
? Understanding of CMS technology and web page design.
? Graduating students who will be available during this internship period are also welcome to apply.
? Able to work under pressure.
