职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1．熟练操作办公自动化管理系统。

2．文件的书写，数据整理，归档。

3．内部会议的召集及会议纪要的整理。

4．负责公司办公设备与用品、资料的保管、更新、维护及其他行政体系事务性工作。

5．协助公司员工的日常工作，安排客户拜访、商务会谈以及出差行程等相关事宜。

6．公司其它内部服务。


Requirements:
1. 文秘，管理，服务等相关专业大专或大专以上学历；
2. 具有强烈的责任感，品貌端正，清晰的语言表达和沟通能力，严谨细心；
3. 性格开朗，吃苦耐劳，爱好电脑操作和基本维护，有上进心；
4. 1年以上的相关工作经验，无户籍限制。
5. 必须英语听说写能力强。

职位要求：
1. 22-26周岁，大专学历以上（应届毕业生亦可）。
2. 口齿清晰、倾听技巧佳，语言表达能力和组织能力强。
3. 态度亲切、有很高的热忱度。
4. 性格开朗，具有良好的待人接物能力。
5. 团队合作精神，具有人事、销售、管理经验者优先。
6. 善于沟通交流，综合处理事务能力强。
