With our turn-key production and software solutions developed and produced in our core business area Cards & TECURITY®, our customers successfully implement the introduction of electronic passports, ID cards as well as further card-based applications such as bank cards.For strengthening our Global Sourcing Team we are looking for one:

Located in Shanghai (工作地点：上海龙东大道/张东路)

Your tasks:

-Handling with office daily file collecting and sorting;
-Answer incoming calls;
-Arrange traveling related bookings such as hotel, transportations;
-Plan for office supplying orders and arrange office maintains and repairs;
-Taking care of office daily mails;
-Assist administration and HR department;
-Finish tasks assigned by General Manager.
-Working at least 80 hours in office each month.

Your profile:

-Proficient in office software;
-Good ability of self organizing,
-Detail oriented and willing to learn
-Good communication manner, a team player;
-Good ability of self organizing,
-Good command in English both in oral and written;
-Good ability of solving problem by own power and method efficiently.
-Smart and elegant.
