职位描述:
1. Software Testing Intern (2 interns)
Responsibilities
1. Developing and executing test cases.
2. Analyzing and writing test standards and procedures.
3. Maintaining documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
4. Analyzing test results to ensure existing functionality and recommending corrective action.
5. Consulting with development engineers in problem resolution.
6. Automate test cases and maintain the automation test framework.
7. Perform routine tasks, such as updating weekly status and attending team meetings.
Qualifications
1. Major Computer Science, MIS or related fields, master degree would be preferred
2. Good Programming skill, OS and DB Knowledge
3. Detail-oriented, with excellent organization and time-management skills.
4. Interested in software Quality Assurance.
5. Open-minded and highly self-motivated. Also able to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. A flexible team player.
7. Good written/verbal English and communication skills.
2. Globalization Quality Assurance Intern (1 intern)
Job Description:
1. Globalization QA needs to provide sufficient Functionality Verification Testing (FVT) to BTO localized products to ensure the localized version behaves the same with the English ones, also to verify all GUI and messages are appropriately translated, layout is correct, no English string, no garbage character or truncation.
2. The QA needs to work with multiple teams under multiple cultures across the world in a virtual team. He/she is responsible for performing a whole life cycle testing to the localized products based on each project/product’s character.
Main Responsibilities
1. Learn BTO product solutions and technologies by reading the manuals and online help or by taking formal/informal training courses.
2. Understand software internalization and localization concepts especially localization testing focus areas.
3. Prepare test cases from scratch or based on system testing or Internationalization testing cases.
4. Set up boxes/environments necessary for further Globalization testing
5. Execute testing cases
6. Submit functionality defects found during testing in defined defect tracking system like Quality Centre.
7. Track and manage defects, ability to provide testing trend analysis is required for senior testers.
8. Proactively verify defects and conduct regression testing when necessary.
9. Generate test reports on a desirable basis, ability to detect risks and manage them
10.Participate into regular project meetings
11.Trouble shoot any technical issues during testing first before ask for help, the ability to direct team members and assist project lead to find risks and prevent from happening are required for senior testers.
Qualifications
1. BS in Computer Science or equivalent
2. Solid testing or development experiences, be familiar with testing process and product development life cycle.
3. Familiar with Database such as Oracle, SQL Server and/or PL/SQL.
4. Experience in Windows and UNIX OS (HP-UX, Solaris, Linux) administration.
5. Experience in popular applications, such as Weblogic, Websphere, SAP, etc
6. Fluent communication in both written and oral English
7. Responsible, flexible and enthusiastic
8. Strong analytical skill and effective problem solving ability, problem prone.
9. Ability to work independently
10.Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
11.Willing to work under pressure and comfortable of working with teams located in various countries
12.Quick learner, with ability to understand complex systems thoroughly and to change them efficiently
13.Motivated to share experience and help / guide others

Salary
1. Salary is based on talent, experience, and education.
2. An approximate salary would be 100 RMB/day (eight work hours).
Work Hours

2. The ideal candidate should be able to work as an intern at least 4 days a week for approximately one year.
