Consultant Trainee(顾问培训生) --- 上海
Key Responsibilities and Career Development Plan
1) As consultant trainee, he or she will join our trainee program, which is designed for building non-headhunter background talents to headhunting professional. Training includes: Executive Search Methodology, Mini MBA, Interview Assessment, Learning Ability, FMC ERP System, and Seven Habits etc.
2) The successful candidate will join FMC as a consultant assistant. Support and work with Consultant to conduct executive search service in assignment analysis, market research, interview assessment, Follow-up etc. Then be capable to complete client assignments independently and interdependently.
Depending on the jobholder's performance and capability, his/her career development in FMC will go through the following route: Assistant-- Recruitment Specialist-Associate Consultant---Consultant (Team Leader) --- Partner.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Skills and Previous Exposure:
1) Systematic and analytical, being quick learner and team player.
2) Smart, energetic, approachable and down-to-earth.
3) Around one year’s sales/marketing related or MNC working experience is preferred, but not an advantage.
4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
5) Proficient in English and Mandarin.
6) Bachelor Degree or above.
Preferred Personality Type:
1) Hardworking and enjoy work life.
2) Ambitious, aggressive but mature and patient.
3) Outstanding learning ability and systematic in achieving results.
Others:
1) Preferred age between 24 and 28.
2) Previous executive search experience is slightly preferred, but not an advantage.
