液晶器件研发工程师
该职位的主要职责为针对电光系统，设计与开发基于液晶的光子学器件。最终的录取人将会服务于一个团队，负责液晶产品的开发、设计与制造。有意者请将中英文简历发到以下邮箱：china-hr@
职位要求：
1. 具有液晶衰减器、可调液晶滤镜（LCTF）、聚合物分散液晶（PDLC）光栅等液晶器件的设计与开发经验;
2. 深入理解液晶理论；
3. 物理、光学、光学工程或相关专业博士学位；
4. 很强的动手能力，具有在光学实验室进行激光器与其他光子学器件检测与调试的经验；
5. 掌握光学原理、光的传输以及偏振理论；
6. 具有机械设计经验，熟悉AutoCAD;
7. 具有液晶晶胞制备与检验经验；
8. 具有丰富的液晶化学与液晶物理知识；
9. 了解液晶器件电光性质的检验。
10. 精通英语， 口语流利。
Liquid Crystal Device Design Engineer
The person in this position will design and develop liquid crystal based photonic devices for use in electro-optical systems. You will work in a team, developing, designing and manufacturing liquid crystal based products.
Requirements:
1. Experience designing and building liquid crystal devices such as LC attenuators, LCTF, PDLC gratings.
2. Strong understanding in liquid crystal theory.
3. PHd in physics, optics or optical engineering.
4. Hands on experience in working in photonics lab, test and measurement, use of lasers and basic photonics equipment.
5. Strong understanding of optics principles, light propagation, polarization.
6. Experienced with mechanical design, familiar with autocad.
7. Experience in liquid crystal cell fabrication and characterization
8. Extensive knowledge of liquid crystal chemistry and physics
9. Comprehensive knowledge of characterization of the electro-optical properties of liquid crystal devices
10. Be good at English and speak good English
