Position Title: Product safety supporter
Function: Product safety
Team: Product stewardship    
Location: Shanghai

*** Primary Responsibilities:
· Support the GHS MSDS system setup and preparing. Help to generate the GHS MSDS;
· Generate normal MSDS in our WERCS system etc. per customer needs.
· Provide support to customer services system on those docs uploading/checking etc.
· Supporting product safety experts to fix those system gaps/errors etc.
· Supporting those repeated customer inquiry etc. handling.
    
*** Qualifications Required:
· Minimum bachelor degree, focused on Organic chemistry, Environmental chemistry, toxicology, Chemical Engineering or related discipline;
· Some Petro or Chemical Industry experience in Technology or product Safety.
· Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to type ~50 wpm.
· Aptitude for computer work, e.g. prepare detail excel files.
· General knowledge on chemical regulations and EHS.

· Good knowledge of SABIC Business and Operations Processes
· Strong customer support/services skills.
· Ability to effectively monitor regulatory developments and industry trends
· Strong quantitative & analytical skills
· Strong written & oral communication skills
